Jacqueline Hodel and Regula Stutz are running THE PIE SHOP. They both have profound knowledge in cooking and baking and they have spent a considerable amount of time in England, Scotland and Ireland, where they became truly pie lovers. George Aase, the finance guy, is also a passionate cook and contributed his experiences as a trained chef who worked in restaurant kitchens both in the US and in Switzerland.
